Allow custom tokens to be upgraded to a higher tier

It would be awesome if we could upgrade the tokens we receive to a higher tier. For example 5 standard tokens to get 1 elite token and 5 elite tokens to get a legendary token (numbers are just an example).

I currently have 9 standard tokens but don't know what to do with it and would be nice to exchange them for a token that would give me more possibilities
