Place cooldown on manual /afk usage [Minor request]

I don't have a problem with the command itself but some people abuse it. They put themself afk only to type a message 2 seconds later and then put themself afk again only to type another message 2 seconds after that and so on and so on... and because of that they spam the chat which is annoying

This is a MINOR request, no urgency but would greatly appreciate
