Prevent / Disposal On ltems With Colored Names.

As a Saftey Guard if a item with a colored name gets put in /disposal I would like a message saying some items were unable to disposed and have returned to your inventory to show then the item in question will return this way somone doesnt accidently destroy a valuable item ( say a custom ) on accident.
